Have you ever wanted to learn boxing? Here with AMG Fitness you can learn all your boxing basics and have fun while doing it. You can bring your own gloves or we will provide them for you. Boxing is a great way to build up sweat fast, burn those calories and get you in to amazing shape fast.  

 

About once a month I bring in a certified personal trainer to co-teach the Workouts In The Park and put you through boxing basics, combinations and much more giving you a great workout.
