Often as part of our Workouts In The Park we go hiking. Even if you are not enrolled in our Workouts In The Park but love to hike then you are more then welcome to join us for our hikes.


Our hikes are done in groups of 6-7 and are good for ALL Levels of hikers. So whether you have never hiked before or go hiking all the time you will fit right in.


So give that treadmill a rest and come hike with us today!
