AMG Fitness provides personalized and custom workouts for each individual depending on your goals and needs. There are many different options available to you. Each workout will give you the best, safest and most effective workout to help reach these goals.

 

If you have an injury or physical limitations we will put you with a trainer that is knowledgable with your conditions. With your permission, AMG Fitness is able to work with your doctors, therapists or anyone else needed so that you may get the best workout possible.

 

We can do all types of training: sports specific, kids fitness, older adult, special population, boxing, etc. If there is something in particular you would like to train in or for please contact us and let us know.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is one on one training with you and the trainer. You can choose a session time of 30/45/60 minute workouts depending on your goals. I would highly suggest training atleast two to three times a week with a trainer to get the full benefits of these workouts.

 

The trainer will put you through a full body workout including warm-up, a variety of exercises, abdominals and stretching. Each and every workout will constantly challenge your body.

 

One of the benefits to having a trainer is they will constantly change your workouts every 4-6 weeks to avoid plateaus that often happen without the assistance of a trainer.

SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Semi-Private training is two to three people together in one training session. Whether it be a friend, family member or someone we can place you with, it makes the workout a lot of fun.

 

If you would like to be placed with someone we will try our best to place you with someone close to your exercise level whether it be beginner, intermediate, advanced or athlete. We can train ALL levels!

 

In this workout you have can choose a session time of 30/45/60 minute workouts depending on your goals. You will get the same great benefits of personal training with personalized and custom workouts specific to your goals and needs.

IN HOME TRAINING

Do you enjoy working out in the comfort of your own home? Whether you have little or no equipment at all, it is NO PROBLEM!! We provide all the equipment you need to get in a great, safe and effective workout created to meet your goals.

 

We can come to you. We have exercise bands, balls, dumb bells, boxing equipment, etc. that we bring each and every time we train you. Each workout is customized to meet your goals and needs.

OUTDOOR TRAINING

Do you love being outdoors and working out in nature. Whether it be your own backyard, neighborhood or park near you, we can give you a great workout.

 

We can come to you. We provide all of the equipment you need to get a great, safe and effective workout to meet your goals.

 

We do hiking, park workouts, walks/runs around the neighborhoods all to fit into your lifestyle.

GROUP TRAINING/CLASSES

If you have a group of four or more people we can start a class near you. If you do not have 4 or more people you can contact us and let us know what area you are in and we will do our best to put you into a group closest to you or start another group class.

 

We provide all of the equipment you need to get a in a great, safe and effective workout to meet everyones goals. We play fun games, do stations, partner training and much more to try and make the workouts as fun as possible. You will never leave bored or dry.

 

We provide food journals, weight and body fat testing every 4-6 weeks to track progress and results.
