Overview of Classes

AMG Fitness offers a wide variety of options to reach your goals. Whether you are a beginner or an athlete we have something for you.  We can also work with injuries or physical limitations and modify the workout to fit your fitness goals. Each program or class is personalized to each individual to give  the most effective workout for them.

 

During the week we use the bleachers, playgound, benches, courts...anything we can to give you the most productive workouts and a unique experience with AMG Fitness. We use weights, bands, dumbbells and so much more! We provide all the equiment for you. All you bring is a mat and water.

 

Saturdays are our Cardio days! We take this day to walk...walk...walk! No matter your pace- you can join us. Even if youre unable to work out with us during the week, everyone is welcome to join us.

 

When weather permits we try to add in some variety to our workouts. We plan hikes and other fun outdoor activities to keep you motivated. 

 

Our most popular classes are the Workouts In The Park. First class is FREE! Locations are as follows:

Wednesday 9:00 AM

Friday 8:30 AM

Saturday 8:30 AM (Cardio Day)

*We park & meet in lot on Burbank in front of gym- to the left of tennis courts)
